Editorial policy

Every plan on Cozy Blueprints exists to be copied into a real home, so our standard is practical accuracy: measurements that add up, materials lists that are complete, and steps in an order that works.

How a plan is made

Plans are drafted with the help of modern design and AI writing tools, and none of them publishes without a human pass. An editor checks the measurements and quantities, tests that the logic of the steps holds, rewrites for clarity, and adds the judgment calls automation cannot make — what to skip at each budget, where the plan bends to fit an awkward room, and when to call a professional.

Images

Our diagrams and illustrations are created by our team, including AI-generated concept images we produce ourselves. Concept renders are exactly that — concepts — and are captioned as such; we do not pass renders off as photographs of real rooms, and we do not republish other people's photos.

Corrections

When a reader finds an error, we fix the plan and stamp it with an updated date. Corrections are always welcome through the contact page.

Advertising

Cozy Blueprints is supported by display advertising. Ads are clearly labeled, never disguised as content, and never influence what a plan recommends. If we ever publish sponsored content or use affiliate links, they will be disclosed on the page where they appear.
