About Cozy Blueprints

Cozy Blueprints publishes home and garden plans you can copy: room layouts with real measurements, organization systems that survive a busy week, and garden schedules sized for balconies and small yards. Every plan states its budget, time, and difficulty up front, lists the materials, and walks through the steps in order — because a beautiful photo without dimensions is inspiration, and we are here to be useful.

Who makes this

Cozy Blueprints is run by a small independent team of editors and makers. We plan rooms the way drafters plan buildings: measure first, decide second, decorate last. The plans are drafted with modern design and AI tools, and every one of them is edited, fact-checked, and illustrated by a person before it publishes — our editorial policy explains exactly how that works.

What you can expect

New plans publish several times a week. The measurements use US customary units with metric in brackets where it matters. Budgets are honest ranges, not teasers. When a plan involves anything regulated or risky — electrical work, structural changes, ladders and roofs — we say plainly when to stop and hire a professional.
